【摘要】

瑞典的生态循环模式对于建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会和可持续的生态经济体系具有重要的借鉴意义。文章系统地阐述了瑞典关于生态循环社会的立法、理论模型、哈马碧模式,社会规划、综合治理和扩展的生产者责任等生态循环实施机制,以及发展生态循环经济的综合产品政策、化学品政策和废弃物综合管理政策,为相关部门制订经济社会发展规划、生态经济政策提供参考。

【英文摘要】

The ecocycle model in Sweden is of great practical importance in the building of resource-saving and environment- friendly society, and the construction of sustainable system of ecological economy. This paper presented systemically the legislation in Sweden, theory model, Hammarby model concerning ecocycle.
