【摘要】

作者首先阐述了农村区域医疗中心的建设基于金乡县人民医院在满足农村居民医疗需求所显现出的作用;中央和各级政府对农村居民的高度重视;以及农村居民医疗需求的变化。随后进一步论述了建立农村区域医疗中心有利于提高农村地区有限资源的配置效率,减轻了农民经济负担,使农民得到实惠;有利于提高卫生资源的技术效率;有利于提高医院内部管理意识、质量意识和服务意识。

The authors first of all make it clear that the establishment of regional medical centers in rural areas was based on the role displayed by the People's Hospital of Jinxiang County in meeting the needs of rural residents for medical services, the great importance attached to rural residents by the central government and the local governments at various levels, and the changes in the needs of rural residents for medical services.
