【摘要】

采用立意抽样的方法,在济南、青岛、烟台3个城市共调查社区卫生服务中心46个,社区卫生服务站91个,对城市社区卫生服务机构服务功能、运行机制等方面现况进行分析,发现问题,分析产生问题的原因以及影响因素,为完善社区卫生服务政策提供参考依据。

【英文摘要】

Use the objective sample method to choose three cities (Jinan, Qingdao and Yantai) to be the studied objects. This survey is including 46 community health services centers and 91 services stations.We have studied the current status about its function, mechanism etc. We have found the cause of the problems and the effecting factors, and given some suggestions for further developing the community health policy.
