【摘要】

本文对我国改革开放30年在卫生服务法制建设、卫生服务体系建设、医疗保障体系建设和居民健康水平方面取得的成效进行了系统综述,分析归纳了卫生服务方面的城乡资源差异、重医轻防以及制度与监管层面存在的主要问题,总结提炼出今后卫生服务体系建设与发展值得借鉴的五大经验。
